Day 1 : Arrival into Warsaw airport

Meet our guide and bus transfer to hotel. 

 

Day 2 : Warsaw

The Warsaw city tour starts with the visit to the historical museum presenting a   short film about the history of the capital. Next, guided tour of the Old Town including the Royal Castle and the Royal route with its monuments. After lunch, relaxing walk in "Lazienki Park".

 

Day 3 : Warsaw – Kazimierz Dolny (150 km)

Drive to Kazimierz Dolny.  

Picturesquely located on the hills and the bank of Vistula river, Kazimierz is a major tourist venue in Poland. You can admire the market square, with the wealthy grain merchants' houses and a wooden well in the very centre.

 

Day 4:  Kazimierz  - Lublin -  Zamość  (140 km)

Drive to Lublin. Tour of the old town. Afterwards, stop at Majdanek, a former concentration camp where thousands of people were killed by Nazis during the war. Arrival in Zamość and sightseeing of the town. Zamość is regarded as a perfect example of Renaissance architecture.

 

Day 5 : Zamość – Lancut - Krakow  (320 km)

Departure for Krakow. En route visit  the famous  palace in Lancut,  belonging to the world's largest castle palace complexes. Guided tour through the palace rooms with art collections and the Carriage Museum.

 

Day 6:  Krakow

Sightseeing tour of the Old Town including The Royal Way with its monuments. Visit the St Mary's church with the majestic, wooden altar carved by Veit Stoss , and the Medieval cloth halls in the heart of the main square. Tour ends on the Wawel Hill with a guided visit to the Royal Cathedral and the  Royal Castle (from outside). After lunch visit the Jewish quarter Kazimierz with entrance to Synagogue Remuh and its small historic graveyard.

 

Day 7 :  Krakow – Wieliczka (30 km)

Excursion to the nearby,  worldwide famous  Wieliczka salt mine. Lunch and free  afternoon.

 

Day 8 :  Krakow – Auschwitz – Wrocław (300 km)

Departure for Wroclaw. Stop in Oswiecim and visit the former concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau.

Arrival in Wroclaw.

 

Day 9 : Wrocław

Sightseing tour of Wrocław with its  most beautiful part on Ostrów Tumski island. Visit  Aula Leopoldina – the magnificent University building in baroque architecture. Walk through the old city.

 

Day 10 : Departure

Transfer to the airport
